RFM = 64 - (20 × height/waist) + (12 × sex), where sex is 0 for men and 12 for women.

From RFM, you can derive an estimated body fat percentage, then plug that into the bodyweight formula above. It's surprisingly accurate for how simple it is, and a few studies have suggested it outperforms BMI for predicting actual body composition.
